Terms & Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the supply of goods and services by Toolnet Safety Equipments Pvt. Ltd. ("Toolnet", "we", "our", or "us").
- Orders: Orders once accepted cannot be cancelled without written approval.
- Prices & Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and subject to change with notice.
- Payment Terms: Payment due as per invoice. Delays attract 2% interest monthly.
- Invoice Discrepancies: Must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
- Breach & Termination: We may terminate services for payment delays, breach, or insolvency.
- Delivery: We strive to meet timelines, but are not liable for delays.
- Packaging & Labelling: Tampering or alteration is prohibited.
- Return of Goods: Returns must be pre-authorized with proper documentation.
- Confidentiality & IP: All intellectual property belongs to Toolnet. Confidential info must not be shared.
- Warranty: Subject to standard product warranty. No implied warranties unless required by law.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays beyond our control including natural disasters, conflict, or pandemics.
- Compliance with Laws: Buyer and Toolnet agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Disputes: Disputes are subject to arbitration under Indian law with jurisdiction in Indore, MP.
- Trade Compliance: Buyer agrees to comply with all export/import control laws. Products may not be re-exported to restricted jurisdictions.
